General
This website is owned and operated by Mightymoo and will be hereinafter referred to as “Mightymoo”, “we”, “us” in this Terms and Conditions Policy. By using this site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this website.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the information contained in this site, neither Mightymoo nor any of its officers, employees or agents accept any responsibility  or liability for any loss occasioned by any person relying on the information or statements contained on this site.

Mightymoo is committed to following ethical business practices including our obligations as set out in the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Pricing
Pricing displayed on the Mightymoo website is subject to change without notice. Pricing is shown in New Zealand dollars and includes GST (Goods and Service Tax) which is currently 15%.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard (via PayPal) and Bank Transfer for online purchases. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
Goods will dispatched once your payment has been processed and cleared.

 

Delivery in New Zealand 

The seller uses NZ Couriers, Courier Post for all deliveries within New Zealand. 

Order Tracking: 

All New Zealand shipments are tracked via the Tracking number. The tracking number will be held by the Seller and available to the buyer on request. The buyer can use this tracking number to track their order. 

International Deliveries 

While the seller does not ordinarily provide products outside of New Zealand, if the seller agrees to do so it uses New Zealand Post for international deliveries. 

Order Tracking 

International orders sent via NZ Couriers and Courier Post will be tracked using the New Zealand Courier and Courier Post. The tracking number will be held by the Seller and available to the buyer once payment has been received. The buyer can use this tracking number to track their order. 


Faulty or Damaged Goods
All faulty items must be placed back in original packaging prior to being returned. Goods deemed to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Mightymoo. Any goods covered by a specific warranty will be evaluated and honoured according to the Supplier warranty terms and conditions. Misuse of goods is not classified as faulty.

Returns
Mightymoo is not obliged to give a refund for “change of mind” purchases, however in some cases to facilitate customer goodwill, Mightymoo will, at their discretion, discuss exchange of product.

Any returns are to be made within 7 days of invoice date with prior approval from Mightymoo. A copy of the original invoice should accompany the goods returned. Returns made after 7 days may be accepted at the discretion of Mightymoo, and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. While we endeavor to keep our core product range in stock, we can’t always guarantee availability at the time of purchase. If any product ordered is unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone and with an estimated delivery date and you will have options such as modifying, or cancelling, your order.

E&O.E
While every endeavor has been made to give accurate information and product descriptions, Mightymoo cannot give a 100% guaranteed accuracy.
